3 Hair Masks For Shiny Healthy Hair

Damaged hair. Well, we’ve been all there. Blow dryers, products and weather are the main reason why we have damaged hair. So that’s why I chose to write this post, because I deal with this problem too. I have dry hair, and I definitely use all the time masks, and thanks to that my hair it is much better now. But what I personally love to use are homemade hair masks, easy and simple to use. The ingredients that I use you have it on your own home. So let’s begin!

1. All Hair Types: Avocado & Honey
Cut and scoop out the flesh from a ripened avocado and mix in a tablespoon of organic honey. Apply to hair and allow it to sit for maximum 20 minutes before rising it of in the shower. For a better result you can also sleep with this mask, and then take a shower in the morning.
Avocados are rich in a variety of vitamins and nutrients, including vitamin E and protein, both of which your hair needs to remain soft and healthy. Meanwhile, honey is a natural antibacterial agent.

2. Dry Hair: Organic Coconut Oil & Honey
All you need is one tablespoon of organic coconut oil, and one tablespoon of organic honey. If you need you can add a bit more of these ingredients for extra damaged hair. Mix the ingredients together and apply to your hair. You can heat the mixture up on a stovetop in a small saucepan. It will be much easier to apply it to your hair. Focus on the ends where most damage occurs. Wrap your hair in a bun and let the mask soak in for 30-40 minutes. Wash the mask out in the shower using your regular shampoo and conditioner. Voila, your hair is soft, smooth, and healthy!
Coconut Oil is a rich source of nutrients like vitamin E, vitamin K and iron. These nutrients are essential for maintaining your hair’s shine and softness. Regular application of coconut oil helps your hair strong and moisturized.

3. Oily Hair: Apple Cider Vinegar & Lemon
Combine ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar with the grated peel of an entire lemon and allow it to set for 15 minutes to absorb the excess oil from your scalp, and then rinse in the shower. This is an easy way to get rid of oily hair that it’s your biggest problem for sure. Simple and easy. You will be able to see such a great results after trying this method 2 to 3 times a week.
Apple Cider Vinegar will remove build up from styling products and conditioners and strengthen the hair shaft, leaving you with soft, shiny strands. It will also balance hair’s pH level, kill bacteria and is a cure for the dandruff.  Lemon can remove excess oil without stripping away too much of the natural oil that your hair needs to keep the ends of your hair strong and maintained.

In the comments below, tell me your secret for shiny and healthy hair?

I'm definitely trying all three of these hair masks, I love making my own hair masks. I personally feel like they work better than a lot of the ones sold.
